Next Sunday will be Purple Eyes 13th birthday. He told me that he wanted Shepherds pie, Mexican cornbread, Coleslaw, and corn on the cob for his birthday meal. He also wants fried apple pies for dessert. This menu is a big switch from last year's menu.
Last year Purple made his own five course meal for his birthday. Yes! he did. He made everything but the chicken and cupcakes ( I made those). Here is the menu...

There was a card at every seat. People would request what they wanted and Purple Eye would serve. It was funny because, by the time everybody was done with one course, Purple Eye would just be getting started to eat!
